Nash Equilibrium for Differential Games and Nonanticipative Strategies
In this paper we introduce the definition of Nash equilibrium of two-person nonzerosum differential in the class of nonanticipative strategies. It is assumed that both players play in nonanticipative strategies. We characterize the set of Nash equilibrium payoffs for this situation also.
متن کاملNash Equilibrium Strategies in Fuzzy Games
Classical game theory uses the extensive form and the strategic form to explain a game. The extensive form is represented by a game tree, in which the players make sequential actions. However, the strategic form is usually used to describe games with two decision makers, in which players' choices are made simultaneously. Unlike one-player decision making, where optimality has a clear sense, in ...
متن کاملMatrix Games and Nash Equilibrium
A crime has been committed for which two prisoners are held incommunicado. The district attorney is assigned to question the prisoners. He designs the following incentive structure to induce the prisoners to talk. If neither prisoner talks, both prisoners automatically receive mild sentences (payoff 4). But if exactly one prisoner squeals on the other, the squealer is let off scot free (payoff ...
متن کاملNash Equilibrium Strategy for Bi-matrix Games with L-R Fuzzy Payoffs
In this paper, bi-matrix games are investigated based on L-R fuzzy variables. Also, based on the fuzzy max order several models in non-symmetrical L-R fuzzy environment is constructed and the existence condition of Nash equilibrium strategies of the fuzzy bi-matrix games is proposed. At last, based on the Nash equilibrium of crisp parametric bi-matrix games, we obtain the Pareto and weak Pareto...
متن کاملInterim Bayesian Nash equilibrium on universal type spaces for supermodular games
We prove the existence of a greatest and a least interim Bayesian Nash equilibrium for supermodular games of incomplete information. There are two main differences from the earlier proofs in Vives (1990) and Milgrom and Roberts (1990): (a) we use the interim formulation of a Bayesian game, in which each player’s beliefs are part of his or her type rather than being derived from a prior; (b) we ...
